UAE delivery

Free delivery on orders over AED 200 (about USD 54). Orders under AED 200 ship for a flat AED 25 (about USD 7).

Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on courier availability.

International delivery

We ship worldwide — across the GCC, MENA, Europe, the Americas, Asia and Oceania.

Free international shipping on orders over AED 700 (about USD 191). Orders under AED 700 ship for a flat AED 100 (about USD 27).

International delivery typically takes 7–16 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and courier availability — and occasionally longer when regional or global shipping conditions cause delays. Because every bag is handcrafted to order, we confirm your dispatch estimate when you order, and we'll keep you updated if your route is affected.
