We do not accept returns or exchanges to customized items unless there is a defect in the item at the time of purchase.
If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the case and provide a replacement, cash back or store credit if eligible.
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
